ELIGIBILITY OF PARTICIPANTS

1.1 The prize draw is available to participants who are employed by an EPOS authorised reseller in the UK & Ireland, provided that the participant is at least 18 years of age. Employees of EPOS and their relatives are excluded from participation in the prize draw.
1.2 EPOS reserves the right, upon its sole discretion, to exclude participants on valid grounds, such as but not limited to:
violation of the rules of the prize draw; manipulation of the technical process or administration of the prize draw; undue conduct; or false or misleading statements regarding participation in the prize draw.

PROCEDURE OF THE PRIZE DRAW

2.1 To enter the prize draw the participants need to: [upload their EPOS EXPAND meeting room solutions orders to be able to claim raffle tickets at the following URL https://www.eposaudio.com/en/gb/gardenofficesubmission].
The following criteria applies:
1x EXPAND unit = 1 ticket
5x EXPAND units + = 3 tickets
10x EXPAND units + = 7 tickets
20x EXPAND units + = 10 tickets
50x EXPAND units + = 20 tickets
Units include – EXPAND Vision 1, EXPAND Vision 3T, EXPAND Vision 5, EXPAND Control, EXPAND Capture 5.
2.2 [One (1)] eligible participant will be randomly selected as winners no later than the end of day of the prize draw of [30.06.2023]. Winning participants will be contacted via email within fourteen days following the end date of the prize draw.
2.3 Winners have 7 (seven) days to reply to claim the prize. If the winners do not reply within 7 days, the winner's prize will be forfeited and may be awarded to another eligible participant.
2.4 Participants are urged to make sure that their participation in the prize draw does not contradict or violate any of the internal rules and/or guidelines of their organization.

PRIZE DRAW PERIOD

3.1 The prize draw will begin [1 October 2022 at 09:​00 BST] and will end on [30 June 2023 at 17:​00 BST].

PRIZES

4.1 There will be [one (1)] winner in total being awarded with either [1x home garden office, or 1x home office furniture refurbishment] as well as a selection of EPOS EXPAND meeting room units.

DATA PRIVACY

5.1 EPOS will be collecting personal data about participants, in accordance with its privacy notice. The information you provide will only be used for the purpose of the prize draw. Please review EPOS’ privacy notice at https://www.eposaudio.com/en/dk/legal/privacy-notice. By participating in the prize draw, each participant hereby agrees to EPOS’s collection and usage of his/her personal information for the purpose of the prize draw as set out herein and acknowledges that he/she has read and accepted EPOS’ privacy notice.
5.2 Notwithstanding the above, each winner agrees that, by participating in the prize draw, EPOS may use the winner’s name in any manner and in any medium for its promotional purposes without additional approval or compensation being required, including posting in a winner’s list or on LinkedIN.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

6.1 To the extent permitted by law, EPOS is not responsible for:
Any incorrect or inaccurate information associated with or utilised in the prize draw
Technical failures of any kind including, but not limited to malfunctions, interruptions or disconnections in phone-lines or network, hardware or software
Unauthorised human intervention in any part of the prize draw
Technical or human error which may occur in the administration of the prize draw.
6.2 EPOS is responsible for prize availability, but not for prize utility or quality or otherwise.
6.3 The reporting and payment of any taxes on prizes, if necessary, are the sole responsibility of the winner.

REVOCATION, TERMINATION AND WITHDRAWAL

7.1 Participants may withdraw from the prize draw at any time. Within reasonable time upon notification, EPOS will delete all data collected from the participant. Participants may declare their withdrawal at any time to EPOS at [nicy@eposaudio.com].
7.2 Revocation of the right to use participant’s personal data is possible at any time. However, such revocation will necessarily be followed by the exclusion of the participant from the prize draw.
7.3 EPOS reserves the right to cancel or end the prize draw at any time, without notice or reason.
