Combined with EPOS’s premium audio quality, fully integrated call controls and excellent comfort, you can benefit from rich, natural communication experiences, enhancing collaboration and productivity.

Call Control integration

EPOS Call Control for an Amazon Connect implementation includes the following features for all EPOS headsets and speakerphones:

  • Incoming Call
  • Accept Call
  • Mute
  • Un-Mute
  • End Call

To enable the above Call Control features for Amazon Connect, a JavaScript developed by EPOS is available contacting Product Support at help@senncom.com.

Only Chrome is supported at this time.

EPOS Connect must be installed and running in the background on the Desktop Agent’ PC. For a mass deployment of EPOS Connect, the EPOS cloud-based IT Management solution EPOS Manager can be used.
