Copenhagen, Denmark – March 2, 2021: The premium audio brand, EPOS, delivering audio solutions for enterprise and gaming, has today released its new EPOS Manager and EPOS Connect solution for MacOS. This ensures full support across all main operating systems such as Windows, MacOS and Linux through cooperation with device management partners.

With businesses growing increasingly global and workforces moving remote, audio solutions have to keep up. Developed for companies with a need to control their UC environments in a fast and secure way, EPOS Manager and EPOS Connect were designed to enable businesses to manage their audio devices across business locations and users to perform in a range of different sound environments. This allows users to keep their headsets up to date and ensures a seamless, immersive and personalized audio experience.

Empowering users to make effective decisions, improve company productivity and minimize downtime, the systems allow users to stay in control of their calls with seamless connections, superior call clarity and easy access to customize their audio experience depending on the situation. EPOS Manager and EPOS Connect are now available for Mac users and ensures support across all main operating systems.

Theis Moerk, VP Product Management at EPOS comments: “With workforces going remote, we are pleased to release EPOS Manager and EPOS Connect for Mac, now ensuring full support for all main operating systems. The hybrid workplace calls for solutions that allow for optimization and personalization, both on the end of the company and of the user. This release enables Mac users the freedom to personalize their devices and allows businesses to get an overview of their headsets thus making it easier to optimize their workflows.”

Asset Management

With all users registered in the system and a dashboard that allows an overview of all devices, including non-EPOS devices, both active and inactive devices can be tracked, and redundant resources reallocated to boost productivity. Reports on usage and firmware compliance makes it easy to be in complete control of company assets.

Update Management

EPOS Connect enables real time updates, ensuring the latest firmware updates to the organization’s EPOS devices. It allows businesses to push new updates to an unlimited number of devices across the organization from one simple dashboard and the option to schedule silent updates to minimize downtime and disruption to the workflow.

Configuration Management

To ensure users a simple plug and play solution, all settings can be controlled remotely and centrally from the IT department thus enabling a simple and centralized deployment of configurations or locking of settings switches on EPOS devices to ensure compliance with regulatory settings for specific groups or individual.
