3CX web client headset integration issue

After the latest Google Chrome update, our Customers are experiencing loss of the call control functionality on 3CX Web Client.

The long-term fix will be released on September 3rd in the new EPOS Connect release.

In meantime, we can offer the below workaround to our Customers

Step 1:

Open chrome and go to chrome://flags/

Step 2: Search for “tls”, you will find “Enforce deprecation of legacy TLS versions”

Step 3: Set the Default to Disable and Relaunch browser

Now you will be able to connect to Web-socket.
