EXPAND 20 - Using music mode

To optimise the EXPAND 20 speakerphone for music reproduction, the device can be placed into music mode.

To optimise the EXPAND 20 speakerphone for music reproduction, the device can be placed into music mode.

This is done by holding down the mute microphone button for five seconds until the red LEDs around it light up whilst the speakerphone is connected to a music playing device via the 3.5 mm jack. If connected via USB to a music playing device, the speakerphone should already be optimised for music reproduction. 

If during this time a softphone call via USB is detected, the speakerphone will automatically change to normal speech mode. Once the call is terminated, the speakerphone will also automatically return to music mode.
