Shared and Personal mode settings are available in the EPOS Connect Settings tab.

ENABLE - While idle (dimmed blue LED or LED off) hold button to enter pairing mode (red/blue alternating LED)
DISABLE - While in pairing mode triple press button (four BLUE LED flashes to indicate Shared Mode is disabled)
