Clearing the pairing list of the ADAPT E1
- Dock the earbuds in the charge case and leave the lid open.
- Press and hold the button for 8 seconds.
- The inside LED flashes purple 3 times. The pairing list is cleared.
- Pair them with a new device.
Clearing the pairing list of the dongle
- Plug the dongle into the USB port of your computer.
- Use a pointed object (e.g. a ball pen) to press and hold the button for 5 seconds.
- The LED flashes white 3 times. The pairing list is cleared.
- The dongle searches for Bluetooth devices to pair with.
