How to find the Device ID on your product

You can retrieve the Device ID digitally via EPOS Connect for Web or via EPOS Connect desktop application for Windows or Mac.

Access EPOS Connect for Web here 

  1. Connect the product to your computer. 

  1. Click the "Add device" button and select the product. 

  1. The Device ID is displayed on the webpage next to the product name.

  1. Connect the product to your computer. 

  1. Click on the product name to access the product settings. 

  1. The Device ID is displayed on the right-hand side of the window.

For most of our headsets, the Device ID can be found on a sticker located beneath the ear pad on the side with the microphone boom arm. Carefully remove the ear pad, and if you need additional guidance, please refer to the product's user manual for detailed removal steps. 

The Device ID is a 16-character code beginning with the letter “A”, followed by a series of numbers (Example: A004610231823781). It is usually placed beside a QR code and displayed across three rows.  

Alternatively, the Device ID may also be located on associated components such as the base station, charging case, control unit, or on the original product packaging, if available.
