What I Do
Daily, I am physically located at EPOS HQ in Ballerup, where I am responsible for all brand activations across the EMEA region. Based on our global strategy, I collaborate closely with our Channel Marketing Managers to adapt this strategy and execute in our local markets through activations such as events (physical & digital), broad and trade specific media and through marketing campaigns with our channel partners. What I like most about the role, is that I am liaising with both the global and regional teams, so I get a unique insight into the challenges and opportunities in both areas and I can contribute on how to optimize stakeholder collaboration etc.
What Drives Me
Building a premium brand from scratch presents a lot of challenges daily, but also many opportunities to do things differently compared to established brands. Having a bit of an underdog status allows us to be bold and take more creative risks compared to industry leaders, which is a great motivator. Despite having only been here for some months, I can already see some of my ideas being implemented in the company.

I am a big Formula One fan, and in 2019 I got the opportunity to work with Mark Webber on a project for Porsche. He asked me for two things: What time the Chinese Grand Prix started that weekend and when his limousine would pick him up from the hotel. I was so star struck, I managed to give him the wrong timings for both.
