Changing the ear tips

For the optimal audio experience and the most comfortable fit, try out each size of our custom-designed ear tips. Check for your left and right ear separately as most people's ears are different in size. Overall, you should feel a good seal without loss of comfort.

• Select ear tips in the correct size (XS, S, M or L -size, M is pre-mounted) so that the earbud sits comfortably and securely in your ear.
• Remove the mounted ear tip carefully.
• Push the chosen ear tip on the in-ear sound tunnel and ensure that it is firmly attached.

Positioning securely in your ears

• Inset the earbuds into your ears.
• Rotate to fit comfortably.

Aligning the microphone for calls

To get the best sound for calls:

• Rotate earbuds so that the microphone points to your mouth.

Wearing one earbud only

If preferred, you can use just one earbud (L or R). The functions of the earbuds will not change. ANC and Ambient mode are available on both earbuds.

To make and control calls or use audio playback:

• Insert the right earbud R.

To control Teams meetings and notifications:

• Insert the left earbud L.
