Jeppe Dalberg-Larsen, President

With 20 years’ global tech experience, Jeppe Dalberg-Larsen is among Denmark’s most experienced tech leaders and the President of EPOS. He led the joint venture, Sennheiser Communications for 17 years and oversaw its transition to the new, 100% Demant Group owned brand – EPOS. With years of expertise in defining market trends, applying these to development and going to market, he leads a team focused on fulfilling the EPOS vision – unleashing human potential by perfecting audio experiences. ​

    Vice President, Research & Development

    Jesper is responsible for ensuring that technological synergies are leveraged through strategic partnerships, and that new market and technology trends are addressed accordingly. He is also responsible for keeping the R&D organization lean and efficient while growing new segments and headcounts. Jesper brings more than 20 years of experience from the audio industry making him one of the leading sector experts.

    Vice President, Global Sales, Enterprise Solutions

    Ulrik brings more than 20 years of sales experience, having previously held top management positions at Sonos and Samsung. He has an extensive history of driving international growth in companies and expanding into new markets, and a proven track record of visionary global brand building to fuel EPOS’ position as a leading premium audio technology brand.

  • Ulf Hilton

    Vice President, Finance

    Ulf heads IT, Finance and Facility globally at EPOS, and is a key member of the company’s senior management team. Ulf brings more than two decades of experience with classic group finance activities, particularly performance management. Through his 10 years with KPMG and Deloitte, Ulf has worked with most finance organisation in the biggest Danish companies.

    Vice President, Corporate Strategy and Development

    Søren’s strong analytical and strategic approach has been developed from over ten years in the Audio and MedTech sectors. As part of Investor Relations at Demant he worked on a wide range of strategic topics for the Demant Group, before steering corporate strategy and development at Sennheiser Communications. Today he is responsible for defining the future business of EPOS together with EPOS President Jeppe Dalberg-Larsen.
