As part of the Clobba software suite, which includes analytics, reporting, recording, billing, and general management tools, ClobbaDM enables the generation of usage and quality reports, as well as inventory and device management, providing IT professionals with valuable device attribution insights for a wide range of EPOS devices.
Furthermore, ClobbaDM allows users to monitor call quality from both EPOS devices and their preferred UC&C platforms to identify issues that could impact productivity and call quality within the organization.
