What I Do
Currently, I'm working on a project with the Audio Engineering team. Our goal is to perfect the microphone positioning on a particular headset.
It is a really active and agile environment. We test all sorts of angles and collect measurements that will be handed over to the Digital Signal Processing team to work with.
What Drives Me
My passion for audio is definitely what motivates me. Before university, I was always searching for the best hardware, DJ mixers, microphones and headsets. My internship with EPOS has confirmed that I want to continue to develop my career in audio. That’s what keeps me going.
What Makes EPOS a Great Workplace
EPOS is a great workplace because the people are really nice. They always try to incorporate me in different projects and are happy to share their experience and knowledge.
The lab facilities include semiotic rooms, anechoic rooms and multiple types of reverberation rooms. That's definitely a cool thing.
Fun Fact
I pick up languages very quickly. I love immersing myself in the culture and the history of the language — I find it truly intriguing. I enjoy challenges, so I studied Korean all by myself. When I took the exam, I got an almost perfect score.
I also love painting; I have been doing it since I was a kid. It helps me to get away from the daily routine and have some carefree time on my own.
