Troubleshooting steps

1) Make sure B20 speakers selected as default device in both Playback and Recording menu in sound settings.

2) Unplug and plug the 3.5mm jack that connects the headset to the B20.

3) Check if B20 is recognized in EPOS Gaming suite and the device is in latest firmware version.

4) Adjust the equalizer settings in EPOS Gaming suite.
