Trace and Debug logs
Steps to change log level of the application to generate elaborate log -

- Exit the Gaming suite application by right clicking the Gaming suite icon and select "Exit" option
- Stop 'EPOS Gaming Suite' service from Task Manager-Services
- Open C:\ProgramData\EPOS\Gaming Suite\Config\AppConfig.txt and replace the text with [ {"LogLevel":"TRACE"}, {"UILogLevel":"Debug"} ]
- Start 'EPOS Gaming Suite' service and launch Gaming Suite application
- Reproduce the issue
- Collect the log file s from the location C:\ProgramData\EPOS\Gaming Suite\Logs\
