Changing the Gaming suite Equalizer settings not having effect on the headset

Sometimes when you change the settings in the Gaming suite or change the preset you will feel that there are no changes in the sound. The reason for this is, your headset is using the Windows audio drivers and not EPOS drivers.

Please do the below steps to check if your headset has EPOS drivers.

1) Go to Device Manager

2) Expand the sound, video and game controllers - right click on your EPOS device and click properties

3) Now Audio Properties window will open, go to Driver Tab and check if the Driver Provider is EPOS Group A/s

4) If the Driver Provider is not EPOS, uninstall and install the Gaming Suite again.

5) If the Driver Provider is still not 'EPOS', then contact our Global Support Team to report the issue.
