Make sure that the EposGamingSuiteService is running
Make sure that Gaming Suite is open.
Make sure that both the Dongle and the Headset are unplugged from the PC.
Headset should be powered off.
Plug in the dongle, wait for 6 seconds and then unplug the dongle from PC, and replug right after. This step is done in order to clear the pairing list in the dongle.
Power on the headset
If the LED is flasing Red/Blue the headset is looking for the dongle.
If you see a steady blue light on the headset. The pairing was successful, and you should be able to see the devices in Gaming Suite after ~1 minute.
