How to clear pairing list in GSP 370

Make sure that the EposGamingSuiteService is running

Make sure that Gaming Suite is open.

Make sure that both the Dongle and the Headset are unplugged from the PC.

Headset should be powered off.

Plug in the dongle, wait for 6-10 seconds and the unplug from PC, and replug right after.

Power on the headset

If the LED is flasing Red/Blue the headset is looking for the dongle.

If you see a steady blue light on the headset. The pairing was successful, and you should be able to see the devices in Gaming Suite after ~1 minute.

If you don’t succeed, you can repeat the “Pairing Devices” instructions, and if it still doesn’t succeed. Try to start all over, and use the standalone tool to update both devices.
