IMPACT 500 - Changing the volume

You can adjust two independent volume settings for the headset:

1. Call and media volume during an active call or media streaming
2. Ring tone, tones and voice prompts volume when headset is in idle mode (not during a call or media streaming)

Tap the volume button + or - to increase or reduce the volume OR

Press and hold the button for fast volume changes.

Alternatively, you can adjust the volume for calls and media streaming on your connected device.
