IMPACT DW - User's voice echoing in the headset

If the headset user’s voice can be heard echoing in the speaker, this can be indicative of the microphone being overloaded. This occurs when the microphone volume setting is set too high.

To decrease the microphone volume setting, the user will need to adjust the volume using the microphone volume dial located at the back of the base station when connected to a deskphone, and via the settings on the end-device when connected via USB.
