GSP 670 - Communication channel not working

Please follow the steps below:

1) Uninstall the EPOS Gaming Suite.

2) Restart your PC.

3) Connect the GSP 670 to your PC via the dongle.

4) Go to "Device Manager". Under "Sound, video and game controllers" you can see the entry "GSA 70 Communication Audio". Right click on it, go to the properties and check if the drivers are EPOS or Microsoft. Repeat the same for the entry "GSA 70 Main Audio".

5) If the drivers are Microsoft, please check if the communication audio works.

6) If the drivers are EPOS, right click on the GSA 70 Communication Audio and update the drivers to see if it changes to Microsoft.
