ADAPT Presence - Resetting

To perform a factory reset with the Presence, please take the following steps:

  1. Turn the headset off (slide the boom arm inwards; this should be followed by the voice prompt ‘power off’ and the LED flashing red 3 times).
  2. Keep both the volume buttons pressed and power on the headset; the LED will flash purple 3 times indicating a successful reset.
  3. After the reset the headset should enter pairing mode, indicated by the LED flashing alternately red and blue.
