The 3CXPhone plugin for windows is a call control integration module, which manages the connection between the headsets and the speakerphone solutions and the 3CXPhone client v15 or v16.

Newer versions of 3CX (v18 or later) enable the interoperability using EPOS Connect (available to download here www.eposaudio.com/software). The EPOS plugin for 3CX is not required.

Genesys Workspace Desktop Edition

The Genesys Workspace Desktop Edition plugin for Windows is a call control integration module, which enables remote electronic hook switching and provides full control of call functions such as answer/end call and mute with Workspace Desktop Edition v8.5.120.06 or higher through EPOS headsets and speakerphones.

Genesys PureConnect plugin

PureConnect: a proven, all-in-one omnichannel engagement platform that is rapid to deploy, simple to administer, flexible, and easily tailored to meet specific needs. It comes with comprehensive services for mid-size to large organizations and is available both on-premise and in the cloud.
The EPOS integration with Genesys PureConnect is done through Interaction Connect version 2019 R3. The integration offers call control functionality across all the EPOS product lines: IMACT, ADAPT and EXPAND.

NICE CXone plugin

The NICE CXone plugin is an EPOS custom workspace which integrates with NICE CXone and the MAX cloud contact center interface. Leveraging EPOS Connect, the plugin allows contact center agents, supervisors, and IT-administrators to experience premium audio solutions in a modern contact center setting.

This custom workspace includes built-in call control on the headset, busy-light synchronization to support agent status, and access to EPOS software to help manage assets and oversee headset usage.
