How to reset Presence Series

In order to perform a factory reset with a Presence, here are the following steps:

1) Turn the headset off.

2) Keep both volume buttons pressed and power on the headset by extending the power slide. The LED will flash purple 3 times to indicate a successful reset and then enter pairing mode (LED alternates flashing red/blue).
