GSP 350 Microphone not picking the sound

1) Check the Microphone Boost in the Windows settings

2) Go to Sound settings-Recording Devices > right-click Microphone > Properties > Levels. There you can boost your microphone.

3) Try out the microphone within communication software such as Discord or Skype
