GSP 370 - How to update the firmware

  1. Download EPOS Gaming Suite from our website

  2. Connect the GSP 370 headset to your PC via USB charging cable

  3. Open the EPOS Gaming suite and click on the “Updates available”. If your device is up to date, no update is visible

  4. After updating the headset successfully, unplug the USB charging cable and connect the headset to the dongle
