GSA 370 dongle - Firmware update

Follow these steps to update the firmware of your GSA 370 dongle:

1. Please make sure that the GSP 370 headset is not connected to your PC via USB charging cable.

2. Connect the GSA 370 dongle to the PC. Make sure that you are using the direct USB port of the PC and not USB hubs or docking stations.

3. Open the EPOS Gaming Suite and click on the “updates available” link.

4. After updating the dongle successfully, unplug and re-plug the dongle and connect it to the GSP 370 headset.
