4 BREACH OF TERMS

6 GOVERNING LAW AND VENUE
These terms of use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Denmark, disregarding its conflict of law rules. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms of use, including any disputes regarding the validity or termination thereof, shall be settled by the Danish courts.
