EPOS Manager - Adding analog headsets with serial number

You can manually add the serial numbers of Analog (Easy Disconnect) headsets in EPOS Manager.

Option 1: Manually add serial number of one device at a time.

Open EPOS Manager --> Manage devices --> on Stock --> Create new device as shown in below picture.

Choose Analog headset and choose any Easy disconnect headset from the drop-down menu as shown in the below picture.

Option 2: Import excel file with list of all serial numbers.

Open EPOS Manager --> Manage devices --> on Stock --> Import devices.
