Gaming Suite - Troubleshooting
Note: Please always make sure your that headset or sound card is compatible with the Gaming Suite application.
Below you will find a list of compatible devices with the Gaming Suite application:

Troubleshooting of the most common issues
Device not recognized in Gaming Suite application:
1. Unplug and re-plug the device.
2. Right click on the speaker icon in your right bottom corner of the screen and select "Sounds".
3. Make sure that in both "Playback" and "Recording" tabs your device is selected as a default. Right click on the device and select "Set as a Default Device".
4. Go to Gaming Suite application and check if the device is recognized.
5. Close the Gaming suite application by right clicking on the icon and select exit.
6. Go to Task Manager "Services" tab, find "EPOS Gaming Suite service", right click on it and select "Restart"
7. Launch the Gaming Suite application and check if the device is detected.
After completing the firmware update Gaming Suite shows "Update Failed" message:
1. Don't click on the firmware update icon again.
2. Unplug the device.
3. Exit and relaunch Gaming Suite application.
4. Re-plug the device.
After interrupted firmware update device is in undesirable condition (bricked,unresponsive):
1. Use the troubleshooting tool to recover the headset and the dongle.
Gaming Suite displays "Version Mismatch" message for the dongle or the headset:
For the dongle: Use the recovery tool for dongle.
For the headset: Use recovery tool for headset.
Gaming Suite application is not displaying the software version:
1. Close the Gaming Suite application by right clicking on the icon and select exit.
2. Go to Task Manager "Services" tab, find "EPOS Gaming Suite service", right click on it and select "Restart".
3. Launch the Gaming Suite application and check if the software version is displayed.
