GSP 370 - Basic Troubleshooting

  1. Make sure your dongle, your GSP 370 headset, and the Gaming Suite software are all updated to the latest version. If you see "Update available" remark in Gaming Suite, firmware is not up to date.
  2. Some audio software might possibly interfere with the sound. If you have any installed, please try to remove and re-try.
  3. We do not support the use of third-party devices with our Gaming headsets. If GSP 370 is connected via; for example, Port replicators, USB hubs, or docking stations, then try to connect the headset and dongle directly to your motherboard
  4. Have you tried the Dongle on other USB Ports?
