EPOS Connect for MacOS - Collecting Logs

Collecting logs in EPOS Connect for MacOS is a relatively straightforward process. Navigate to the help page and click on "Download logfiles":

This will generate a zipfile that the user can then save to their desktop:

The resulting zipfile can then be attached to the Zendesk ticket.

In order to send us the log files of your EPOS Connect software, please follow the instructions below:

  1. Open the EPOS Connect Application
  2. Select the help icon (question mark) to open the help page.
  3. Click "Download logfiles"
  4. The application will now automatically generate an email with a *.zip file and you will be prompted to save the file.
  5. Save the *.zip archive on your computer and attach the file to this email chain to send to us.
