In this article you will find the guidelines for using the EPOS Compatibility Guide.

1) In the search field, enter the model of the desk phone or softphone you are using with the EPOS device.

2) After correctly selecting the desk phone model or softphone name, all EPOS devices compatible with it will be displayed below the search bar.

3) Find and select the model of your EPOS device. After clicking on your device, you will be redirected to the Solution Summary page.

• Here you will find detailed information on the connection method and integration level of your selected EPOS device with the desk phone or softphone provider.

• In the middle section, you will find our recommended connector. By clicking on "See all options," you can view all other possible ways to connect our device with the selected desk phone or softphone.

• If connecting the EPOS device to a deskphone, you will find a detailed instruction guide under the "Quick Guide" button on how to connect and configure your EPOS device with your chosen deskphone model.
