Echo on A-side during call using DECT Headsets with a desk phone

This issue is usually caused by the mic gain being set too high causing side tone, echo, and distortion in the call.

The first step should always be to set the mic gain dial on the bottom of the DW/SD or back of the D 10 and DW base station to 3.5-4 and see, if the issue is resolved.
