Meet Serena Guedia
M.Sc. in Economics and Business Administration & Minor in Design Business and Strategy
What I Do
Enable modern ways of working, shaping the future of prosumer audio (professional headphones well designed to be used also outside of the office) together with ingenious and inventive people. I recently launched our first neckband headset for executives who seek a more subtle solution for their on-the-go needs, and I am now working on a strategic portfolio of products which will be pivotal for reaching (and surpassing) our business targets next year.
What Drives Me
Being part of a growing organization, enabling modern ways of working, exposure to senior management and professional development opportunities.
What Makes EPOS a Great Workplace
It’s a mix of things: the international environment (having studied international management, I enjoy working closely with numerous nationalities and I look forward to travelling again to meet colleagues and engage with customers around the world, right now just virtually). But there is also the intellectual stimulation of working with smart colleagues with state-of-the-art technology and, for someone with a flair for high-end things like myself, being part of establishing a premium brand, also via premium products.
I enjoy playing tennis on red clay courts when the season allows, it is not a coincidence my name is Serena. And it’s hard to take a microphone away from me at karaoke’s.
