EPOS Connect - Updating your EPOS product's firmware

We recommend always updating your product to the latest version to ensure optimal performance and access to the newest features.

To update your product's firmware, follow the instructions below using either EPOS Connect for Web or EPOS Connect for Desktop.

EPOS Connect for Web

  1. Access EPOS Connect for Web here
  2. Connect the product to your computer.
  3. Click the "Add device" button and select the product.
  4. Check the version and if any updates are being offered.
  5. Follow the instructions on the screen.

EPOS Connect Desktop

  1. Download EPOS Connect for Windows or Mac here
  2. Connect the product to your computer.
  3. Once you open EPOS Connect, you will see all EPOS products connected to the computer.
  4. Click on the "Update Overview" tab and "Check for Updates", EPOS Connect will now retrieve the latest firmware versions available. Ensure that you have an active connection to the internet, and that no firewall is blocking the internet connection to our servers.
  5. In the "Update Overview" tab, click on the download symbol and the program will update the device to the latest version.
