IMPACT SDW - Echo in the speaker during call with a desk phone
This issue is usually caused by the microphone gain being set too high causing side tone, echo and distortion in the call.
The first step should always be to set the microphone gain dial to 3.5-4 on the bottom of the base station and see, if the issue is resolved.
